PPX Crew Monthly Blog Hop ~ September 2021 Haunts & Harvest alternate project

Welcome to the PPX CREW Monthly Blog Hop! Every month we provide exclusive video projects that feature the current Paper Pumpkin kit to our kit subscribers. As an extra bonus we will now be doing a monthly blog hop that will feature additional projects that we have created. Here is the alternate project I created for our hop today:

    • 6" x 3" scored at 3" for the minicard
    • 9 1/2" x 6 1/2"
      • Score on the 6 1/2" side at 1 1/2", 3",  4 1/2", and 6"
      • Score on the 9 1/2" side at  1 1/2", 6 1/2, 7 3/4"

Blackberry Beauty Easel Fold Card

Welcome to my blog! I am so excited to begin this new journey with you. I have been a Stampin' Up!© demonstrator since 2018 but have now ventured into sharing my business and creative outlet online.

Over the next few weeks I will be sharing more about me, weekly card tutorials, tips and tricks to stamping, and building my online gallery of cards that I have created. I hope to inspire you to make a card and send a card.

I live in sunny Southern California. We have had a long hot year so far but this week the weather is cooling a little bit. Well below 80 degrees is kind of cooling right? So anything that is "fall" or "fall like" is a big hit.

I just love the Blackberry Beauty suite of product from the Stampin' Up!© 2021 July-December Mini Catalog. The designs in the stamp set and the dies are so pretty for fall. The color combination of Rich Razzleberry, Cinnamon Cider, and with the pop of gold foiling in the designer series paper is just gorgeous.

Here is one of the cards I created with this suite. It is a fun fold easel card.

Here are the supplies that I used:

Blackberry Beauty DSP #156458

Brushed Metallic cardstock (gold) #153524

Rich Razzleberry cardstock #115316 and Stampin' ink pad #147091

Cinnamon Cider cardstock 153078

Very Vanilla cardstock #101650

Beauty of Tomorrow Stamp and Die Set Bundle #156819

Gold 3/8" Shimmer Ribbon #156470

Cutting measurements:

  • Cinnamon Cider Cardstock
    • 5-1/2” x 8-1/2” scored parallel to the short side at 4-1/4” and 2 1/8"
  • Rich Razzleberry Cardstock
    • 4” x 5-1/4”
    • Scraps for die cutting leaves and layering label
  • Blackberry Beauty DSP

  • Very Vanilla Cardstock
    • 2” x 5-1/4”

Be sure to check back each day this week for more ideas and a fun blog hop that is happening this weekend using the September Paper Pumpkin Kit Haunts & Harvest.

Blessings,
Jenny
